What types of matters does your firm handle?
All aspects of Divorce, matrimonial litigation, alimony AKA maintenance, Enforcement of maintenance, Grandparent visitation, Enforcement of visitation, Child Custody, Child Custody out of state, enforcement of custody, violations of custody, Child Support, child support out of state, enforcement of child support, violations of child support, Order of protection, Stay Away Order. We also handle LOCAL traffic tickets and LOCAL will preparation.
What is the Cost to meet with a lawyer?
We offer FREE initial consult by appointment only. For out of state clients we offer telephone appointments. To speak with a lawyer to discuss your issues is zero cost. During the consult the lawyer will provide you with what to expect, how long it will take and how much it will cost to move forward. Please bring any relevant paperwork with you to the office appointment. Relevant paperwork is current Order of Custody, Order of Support, Judgment of Divorce, any paperwork signed by a Judge. For out of state and over the phone appointments clients please send your relevant paperwork via FAX/Email prior to your scheduled appointment. 
When can I schedule an appointment?
We do not schedule same day appointments. The wait for an office/telephone appointment is within 1-3 business days.
How long are the appointments?
 In person appointments are 1 hour. Telephone appointments are 30 minutes.

250 Harrison St. Suite 500. 5th floor. Downtown Syracuse New York. Onondaga County.
Where can I Park?
There is meter parking on Harrison St. There is a parking lot behind the building on Montgomery St. that accepts credit cards only. The office building is handicapped accessible.
What types of payments do you accept? 
This office accepts American Express, Discover card, Master Card, Visa, cash, personal checks, money orders, bank checks, and PayPal.

Vincent J. Finocchio, Esq., was born and raised in Syracuse, New York. In 1974, he graduated from New England School of Law. In 1975, he was admitted to the Bar of the State of New York as an attorney and he has maintained a practice of law for the past 35 years.
